About
On the first Monday of May, celebrities and fashionistas gather each year in New York City for the MET Gala. And on a Sunday evening each spring in Cambridge, MIT students now gather for their own fashion event: The MIT Gala.
Where fashion meets fabrication, the MIT Gala returns as a one-of-a-kind celebration of creativity at the intersection of art, science, and design.
The MIT Gala features a fashion show of student-created looks, plus a student art show and closing reception. The event is sponsored by by The Office of the Arts, the Department of Architecture, and the MIT Morningside Academy for Design (MAD).
Join us for an unforgettable evening of bold ideas and boundary-pushing expression!
